The service was extremely bad. One of the person was extremely rude. The rooms were very badly maintained.

Price is something like you feel you're paying just because you don't have any option the same way they will treat you. Take it or leave it. Receptionist always in aggressive approach rather then service mode. Property is completely sad not well maintain but yes there is no more option so they asking charge of but it don't even worth of of 1k but you don't have much option in those area so they ask. If you have a private vehicle do stay away from this area so you can have a better brand and stay at the same price. This is not a hotel just an old farmhouse project converted into a hotel which is poorly maintained.

Poor service. Room cleaning was half done. Towels stained. Lacking overall cleanliness and maintainence. Flies in the dining room. Meals not ready on time and very bad service during meals. When room was cleaned they didn’t give drinking water. I had to ask for it and when i told the guy at the reception that how come we have to ask he replied “abhi to diya na”. Rude answer!

Excellent location. Very close to nalsarovar bird sanctuary. I stayed with my family. Good food and hospitality.

The hotel does not have a good toilet, blocking issues, towels and linens have stains, food has no variety lacks green and they dont provide breakfast to birders in tiffin. They use it as marriage hall hence for bird sanctuary visitors it is a pain to listen to music and dance whole night. If they improve they are the best but they listen to all complaints eagerly and try to work on it.

Room was reasonable food was good environment great. Improvement can be for minor details like extra bed automatically if room signed up for 3 people
